1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and zb777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the zb777 website located at zb777.asia and all related mobile applications, services, and features (collectively, "the Platform").

zb777 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the zb777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zb777 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. zb777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current.
• You must notify zb777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• zb777 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your zb777 account to any other person.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

zb777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. zb777 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to a payment method registered in the same name as the zb777 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–4 hours. VIP account holders receive priority processing.
• zb777 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal. This may include government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the zb777 sportsbook and all casino game sessions are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, market, or game. These product-specific rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. zb777 reserves the right to void bets placed in error due to technical faults, manifest errors in odds, or data feed failures.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and are processed on a best-efforts basis. zb777 is not liable for bets not accepted due to latency, connectivity issues, or market suspension.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures, as applicable. RTP percentages are published for all games and are independently audited.

All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms in matters of conflict.

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses must be wagered a minimum of 20 times on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

• Chargeback fraud or the reversal of legitimate deposits through your payment provider following a withdrawal request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the zb777 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the intellectual property of zb777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
